Event Description

Women's Caucus for Art has selected two works by Lucy Julia Hale ("Ongoing Wall Street Scene: Unequal Shares for Girls and Women" and "Southern Girls' Initiation: Exposure to Antiquated Sexist and Racist Injustice") for their 2020 National Exhibition "Collectively Shifting," a part of the WCA's national conference Intersectionality at Columbia College in Chicago.

The juror, Cecilia Vargas, a Chicago-based contemporary art curator and writer, is currently the Art Coordinator at Waubonsee Community College.
