A WCAGA Members’ Exhibit

MARK

To be held in the Lower Atrium and Ronnie Lukasiewicz Galleries

Lyndon House Art Center

293 Hoyt St.

Athens GA  30601

September 10 - October 10, 2015

Mark

Often it is through the personal nature of our marks that viewers come to know work as ours.

Marks can be delicate, bold, gentle, aggressive, simple, complicated, obtuse or explicit, intuitive, logical, 2D or 3D, moving or static. And the message, the concept becomes enhanced and individualized by how our hand/mind/experience creates that unique mark.

Material and media are usually chosen to strengthen our language, our concept, our singular marks.

The Women’s Caucus for Art of Georgia has been invited to exhibit at Lyndon House Art Center during their 40th year celebration. In conjunction with the exhibit, the WCAGA members participating will take part in 2 drawing marathon days, Draw Table.

Curator
