The collage “Art to Stop Traffic: What Mercy Requires of Us” by Lucy Julia Hale has been chosen to appear in the 2017 Fl3tch3r Exhibition: Social and Politically Engaged Art at the Reece Museum, East Tennessee State University, juried by artist and illustrator Anita Kunz.
